Sonoton Abbey Road Studio 1 Sessions

Recording during a global pandemic certainly presents its fair share of challenges, but the opportunity to record two albums back-to-back for Sonoton Production Music at Abbey Road Studio 1 was an opportunity not to be missed! Social distancing meant the musicians all had to be two meters apart from one another – something that isn’t too problematic given the size of Studio 1. An orchestra of London’s finest musicians was fixed by Isobel Griffiths and conducted by Pete Harrison. Both albums are due for release in the first half of 2021 – so watch this space!
